The Lofts are upscale loft style apartments. They comprise of four one bedroom apartments and one two bedroom apartment. These highly sought after apartments were newly renovated in 2016 to all new construction standards while retaining the building's historic elements. The one bedroom apartments rental rate is set each year by HUD.
Building access is limited and controlled by Electronic Pass Card with Main Entry Door Intercom allowing for keyless guest access. Each loft entry door access is by electronic keypad.
There is elevator access to the second level. Both front and back stairwells are always securely locked. For security reasons, the front stairwell is for exit use only.
